The OP-13 chase cards are the Three Brothers’ secret rares: Monkey D. Luffy (OP13-118), Portgas D. Ace (OP13-119) and Sabo (OP13-120), each printed as a base card plus four parallel rows in the official card database. As of October 1, 2026, the lowest asking price on SNKRDUNK for Luffy’s Red Super Parallel (SNKRDUNK’s SEC-RSP label) is ¥1,500,000 (~$9,740), a thin ask backed by a single listing, while the same card number’s Super Parallel (SEC-SP) asks from ¥170,000 (~$1,104). All of these are asks, not sales.
OP-13 Carrying on His Will (受け継がれる意志) is the One Piece Card Game’s third-anniversary booster. It released in Japan on August 23, 2025 at ¥220 per pack and in English on November 7, 2025 at USD $4.99 per pack, per onepiece-cardgame.com and en.onepiece-cardgame.com. The Japanese page also announces Gol D. Roger and Imu as Leader cards for the first time.
The full checklist of every OP-13 card is on the OP-13 card list, with the parallel rows in the OP-13 parallel and alt-art list.
- Prices and product states re-checked: the OP-13 Damaged Box is sold out at the time of this update. SNKRDUNK’s lowest ask for a sealed OP-13 box is ¥16,700 (~$108) as of October 1, 2026.
- New Top 10 table ranked by the lowest SNKRDUNK ask on October 1, 2026, with the matching PSA 10 back order where the exact card and number exist.
- Pull-rate numbers removed: Bandai does not publish OP-13 pull rates, so no per-box estimate appears here.
USD figures convert at ¥154/USD, approximate. Every SNKRDUNK figure is a lowest asking price on the date shown, never a confirmed sale. The October 6, 2026 update covers our store listings and prices only; the other facts in this article were last checked on October 2, 2026.
What Makes OP-13 Special: 3rd Anniversary Celebration
OP-13 Carrying on His Will is built around the Three Brothers: Luffy, Ace and Sabo. The official Japanese page carries a section headed ワンピカードは三周年 (the card game’s third anniversary), a Three Brothers section, a Five Elders (五老星) block and a tab explaining the レッドスーパーパラレル (Red Super Parallel).

What the Official Page Highlights
Gol D. Roger as a Leader. The Japanese page announces that Gol D. Roger and Imu appear as Leader cards for the first time. The card list shows Roger as OP13-003 (red/purple Leader) and Imu as OP13-079 (black Leader).
The Three Brothers section. The page’s Three Brothers block shows Luffy (OP13-118), Ace (OP13-119) and Sabo (OP13-120). The card list gives each of those three SEC numbers a base print and four parallel rows (_p1 to _p4), and it does not label which row is the Red Super Parallel. The Red Super Parallel and Super Parallel labels used for the prints are SNKRDUNK’s, as shown in its listing names.
The Five Elders. The Five Elders block names Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro, Jaygarcia Saturn, Shepherd Ju Peter, Topman Warcury and Marcus Mars. In the card list, OP13-080, OP13-083, OP13-084, OP13-089 and OP13-091 each have two parallel rows (_p1 and _p2); SNKRDUNK labels the chase version R-RP.
3rd Anniversary special cards. The page prints スペシャルカード 10 and 3周年スペシャルカード 2. The card list has nine rows with the rarity SPカード, taken from other sets and sourced to OP-13, and does not mark which two are the anniversary cards. SNKRDUNK lists the two OP09-004 Shanks prints as gold-background and silver-background 3rd Anniversary Special Cards.
OP-13 Chase Cards: Top 10 by SNKRDUNK Ask
The ranking uses the lowest SNKRDUNK asking price for each listing on October 1, 2026, with the lowest PSA 10 ask from the product page beside it. The Ours column links PSA 10 back orders only where our listing is the same card and number. The Luffy Red Super Parallel is offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥2,715,910 (~$17,636) — sourced to order; the product page shows the current terms. How back orders work is explained in the PSA 10 back order guide.
| Rank | Card | Number | Rarity (SNKRDUNK label) | Raw ask | PSA 10 ask | Ours |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Monkey D. Luffy, Red Super Parallel | OP13-118 | SEC-RSP | ¥1,500,000 (~$9,740) single listing, thin ask |
¥2,600,000 (~$16,883) | ¥2,715,910 (~$17,636) |
| 2 | Sabo, Red Super Parallel | OP13-120 | SEC-RSP | ¥600,000 (~$3,896) | ¥698,000 (~$4,532) | ¥792,438 (~$5,146) |
| 3 | Portgas D. Ace, Red Super Parallel | OP13-119 | SEC-RSP | ¥400,000 (~$2,597) | ¥948,000 (~$6,156) | ¥989,400 (~$6,425) |
| 4 | Monkey D. Luffy, Super Parallel | OP13-118 | SEC-SP | ¥170,000 (~$1,104) | ¥366,500 (~$2,380) | — |
| 5 | Portgas D. Ace, Super Parallel | OP13-119 | SEC-SP | ¥90,000 (~$584) | ¥140,000 (~$909) | ¥189,714 (~$1,232) |
| 6 | Sabo, Super Parallel | OP13-120 | SEC-SP | ¥75,000 (~$487) | ¥123,500 (~$802) | — |
| 7 | Shanks, gold background 3rd Anniversary Special Card | OP09-004 | SR-SPC | ¥69,800 (~$453) | ¥175,000 (~$1,136) | — |
| 8 | Shanks, silver background 3rd Anniversary Special Card | OP09-004 | SR-SPC | ¥43,799 (~$284) | ¥86,000 (~$558) | — |
| 9 | Marcus Mars | OP13-091 | R-RP | ¥22,000 (~$143) | ¥46,000 (~$299) | ¥48,960 (~$318) |
| 10 | Jaygarcia Saturn | OP13-083 | R-RP | ¥20,000 (~$130) | ¥39,000 (~$253) | ¥33,660 (~$219) |
Rarity labels such as SEC-RSP, SEC-SP, SR-SPC and R-RP are SNKRDUNK’s naming. The official card database prints only the base rarity (SEC, SPカード, R) and a _p suffix for each parallel row. PSA 10 asks are the lowest asks among that card’s PSA 10 listings on its SNKRDUNK page.
The top three are all Red Super Parallels, and the ranking runs Luffy, Sabo, Ace by raw ask. For Ace, the PSA 10 ask of ¥948,000 (~$6,156) sits far above the raw ask of ¥400,000 (~$2,597).
The official Japanese OP-13 page has a tab explaining the レッドスーパーパラレル, next to one for the スーパーパラレル. Its Three Brothers section shows Luffy, Ace and Sabo. The card database does not say which of the four parallel rows per SEC number is which treatment, so SNKRDUNK’s SEC-RSP and SEC-SP labels are the working names used in the table.

OP-13 Pull Rates: What Bandai Publishes
Bandai does not publish pull rates for OP-13. The official Japanese product page, the official English product page and the official rules Q&A print no per-box or per-pack rates (product pages checked October 1, 2026; rules Q&A October 2, 2026), so any rate you see attributed to Bandai for this set is not an official figure.
What the Official Pages Print
The Japanese page states that each pack holds 6 cards (全132種 + 1種) at ¥220 tax included, and that cards are randomly packed (カードはランダムに封入されています). The English page prints a release date of November 7, 2025, an MSRP of USD $4.99 per pack, and a note that multiples of one card may appear or a full set may be difficult to assemble. It also says cards from the product are tournament legal starting 7 days after the release date in your region.
| Rarity | Count printed on the JP page | Base prints in the card list |
|---|---|---|
| Leader | 6 | 6 |
| Common | 45 | 45 |
| Uncommon | 30 (printed as a second コモン line) | 30 |
| Rare | 26 | 26 |
| Super Rare | 10 | 10 |
| Secret Rare | 3 | 3 |
| Special Card (スペシャルカード) | 10 | SPカード rows are separate (9) |
| 3rd Anniversary Special Card | 2 | No separate rarity code in the card list |
The card list shows the three Secret Rares as follows. The parallel rows are the ones that carry the high asks in the Top 10.
| Number | Card | Color | Rows in the official card list |
|---|---|---|---|
| OP13-118 | Monkey D. Luffy (モンキー・D・ルフィ) | Green | Base plus _p1, _p2, _p3, _p4 |
| OP13-119 | Portgas D. Ace (ポートガス・D・エース) | Blue | Base plus _p1, _p2, _p3, _p4 |
| OP13-120 | Sabo (サボ) | Black | Base plus _p1, _p2, _p3, _p4 |
OP-13 and the Newer OP-17
OP-17 The World’s Strongest Warriors released in Japan on August 22, 2026 at ¥240 per pack, with 6 cards per pack, and in English on August 28, 2026. SNKRDUNK’s lowest ask for an OP-17 box is ¥11,999 (~$78) as of October 2, 2026, against ¥16,700 (~$108) for OP-13 on October 1, 2026. Both the regular OP-17 box and the OP-17 Damaged Box are sold out at the time of this update — restock requests go through Quick Order. The OP-17 chase cards guide and the OP-17 case buying guide cover that set.
Should You Buy OP-13?
The right approach depends on what you are after: individual chase cards, Leaders for deck building, or a sealed box.
For Collectors
The three Red Super Parallels (Luffy, Sabo, Ace) carry the highest asks in the set, and for each of them the PSA 10 ask is higher than the raw ask: ¥2,600,000 against ¥1,500,000 for Luffy, ¥698,000 against ¥600,000 for Sabo, and ¥948,000 against ¥400,000 for Ace. The second tier is the Super Parallel (SEC-SP) of the same three numbers, with raw asks from ¥75,000 to ¥170,000. PSA 10 back orders are offered for the cards in the Ours column of the Top 10 table, and the OP-13 card list shows every number in the set.
A raw ask is the lowest listing of any condition on that SNKRDUNK product page. The PSA 10 ask is the lowest among listings titled PSA10 on the same page. Both are asking prices on October 1, 2026, and a thin listing count makes either number unreliable.
For Players
OP-13 contains six Leaders: Monkey D. Luffy (OP13-001), Portgas D. Ace (OP13-002), Gol D. Roger (OP13-003), Sabo (OP13-004), Imu (OP13-079) and Jewelry Bonney (OP13-100). Each has a parallel row in the official card list. SNKRDUNK’s Leader parallel (L-P) asks on October 1, 2026 are ¥1,500 for Luffy, ¥1,290 for Ace, ¥1,400 for Sabo and ¥1,700 for Imu. The PSA 10 back order for the Luffy Leader parallel (OP13-001) is listed at ¥11,220 (~$73).
For Sealed Buyers
SNKRDUNK’s lowest ask for a sealed OP-13 box is ¥16,700 (~$108) as of October 1, 2026, and ¥16,800 (~$109) on September 30, 2026. Our sealed OP-13 box is sold out at the time of this update — restock requests go through Quick Order. The OP-13 Damaged Box is a separate product and is sold out at the time of this update; the product condition guide explains the condition grades.
- SNKRDUNK box ask ¥16,700 (October 1, 2026)
- Our OP-13 Damaged Box: sold out at the time of this update
- Top 10 asks run from ¥20,000 to ¥1,500,000 (October 1, 2026)
- Leader parallels ask ¥1,290 to ¥1,700 for four of the six Leaders
- Back orders cover selected chase cards, sourced to order
Leaders: Roger, Imu and Ace
OP-13’s Leaders are the part of the set aimed at deck building. The official card list prints six OP-13 Leaders:
| Number | Leader | Color | Parallel row in the card list |
|---|---|---|---|
| OP13-001 | Monkey D. Luffy | Red/green | _p2 |
| OP13-002 | Portgas D. Ace | Red/blue | _p1 |
| OP13-003 | Gol D. Roger | Red/purple | _p1 |
| OP13-004 | Sabo | Red/black | _p1 |
| OP13-079 | Imu | Black | _p1 |
| OP13-100 | Jewelry Bonney | Yellow | _p1 |
Imu (OP13-079)
The official Japanese page announces Imu as a Leader card for the first time. The card list shows a black Leader with one parallel row (_p1), and SNKRDUNK’s Leader parallel ask for Imu is ¥1,700 (~$11) as of October 1, 2026. The Five Elders cards of OP-13 are black as well: OP13-080, OP13-083, OP13-084, OP13-089 and OP13-091 are all black Characters in the card list.
Gol D. Roger (OP13-003)
Roger is the other Leader the official page announces as new. The card list shows a red/purple Leader with one parallel row. A PSA 10 slab of the OP-13 Gol D. Roger Leader is linked at ¥13,728 (~$89).
Portgas D. Ace (OP13-002)
Ace appears as a red/blue Leader (OP13-002) and as a blue Secret Rare (OP13-119), the card behind the Red Super Parallel in the Top 10. The Leader’s parallel row asks ¥1,290 (~$8) on SNKRDUNK as of October 1, 2026, while the Secret Rare’s parallels ask from ¥90,000 (~$584) for the Super Parallel to ¥400,000 (~$2,597) for the Red Super Parallel.

| Sabo, Super Parallel (OP13-120) | ¥86,800 | ¥75,000 (~$487) |
No cause is attached to the movement between the two dates, and no ask is a confirmed sale. The Luffy and Sabo Red Super Parallels have no August 24, 2026 row because no figure for them is available for that date.

The Bottom Line
OP-13 Carrying on His Will is the third-anniversary set of the ONE PIECE CARD GAME, and its chase list is the three Secret Rares of the Three Brothers and their parallels.
Three things to remember:
- The Red Super Parallels lead the asks, and the figures are thin. As of October 1, 2026, SNKRDUNK’s lowest asks are ¥1,500,000 for Luffy, ¥600,000 for Sabo and ¥400,000 for Ace. The labels SEC-RSP and SEC-SP are SNKRDUNK’s, because the official card list does not say which parallel row is which.
- Pull rates are not published. Bandai prints no OP-13 pull rates, so any per-box number is not official.
- The Damaged Box is sold out. SNKRDUNK’s lowest ask for a sealed OP-13 box is ¥16,700 as of October 1, 2026, and our OP-13 Damaged Box is a separate product that is sold out at the time of this update.

FAQ
Are there official pull rates for OP-13?
No. Bandai’s official Japanese and English OP-13 product pages and its rules Q&A print no pull rates (checked October 1 and 2, 2026). The Japanese page says only that cards are randomly packed, and the English page notes that multiples of one card may appear. Any per-box figure you see elsewhere is not an official number.
Which OP-13 card has the top asking price?
As of October 1, 2026, Luffy’s Red Super Parallel (OP13-118) has the top SNKRDUNK asking price at ¥1,500,000 (~$9,740). Sabo’s (OP13-120) follows at ¥600,000 and Ace’s (OP13-119) at ¥400,000. SEC-RSP is SNKRDUNK’s own label, and every figure is an asking price, not a sale.
What is a Red Super Parallel in OP-13?
The official Japanese OP-13 page has a tab explaining the レッドスーパーパラレル, and its Three Brothers section shows Luffy, Ace and Sabo. The card list gives each of those SEC numbers four parallel rows (_p1 to _p4) without saying which is which, so SEC-RSP and SEC-SP are SNKRDUNK’s working labels.
When did OP-13 release and what does a pack cost?
The Japanese OP-13 released on August 23, 2025, with 6 cards per pack at ¥220 tax included, per onepiece-cardgame.com. The English version released on November 7, 2025 at an MSRP of USD $4.99 per pack, per en.onepiece-cardgame.com. The Japanese page prints 132 + 1 card types and the English page 133 + 1.
Can I buy an OP-13 box from you?
Our OP-13 Damaged Box is a separate product, and both it and the sealed OP-13 box are sold out at the time of this update, so restock requests, sourcing requests for a specific card, or requests for another OP-13 product go through Quick Order.
How many packs are in an OP-13 box?
Bandai’s OP-13 product pages do not print packs per box or a box price, so no pack count is quoted from them. A Japanese pack holds 6 cards at ¥220 tax included. For the box itself, SNKRDUNK’s lowest ask is ¥16,700 as of October 1, 2026; our OP-13 boxes are sold out at the time of this update.
Which OP-13 Leaders are new?
The official Japanese page announces Gol D. Roger and Imu as Leader cards for the first time. The card list shows Roger as OP13-003 (red/purple) and Imu as OP13-079 (black). The set has six Leaders: Luffy OP13-001, Ace OP13-002, Roger OP13-003, Sabo OP13-004, Imu OP13-079 and Jewelry Bonney OP13-100.
