OP-03 Chase Cards: Pillars of Strength Set Overview
OP-03 is the third main booster set in the One Piece Card Game, themed around the powerful enemies the Straw Hat crew has faced across multiple arcs. What Makes OP-03 Special
Four things define this set. First, the WANTED poster SP cards — Luffy, Eustass Kid, Donquixote Doflamingo, and Kaido all got the hand-drawn wanted poster treatment. Second, the Sogeking comic parallel uses actual manga panels from the Water 7 arc in its background. Third, OP-03 debuted Yellow as a competitive color, introducing Charlotte Katakuri as one of the game’s early defining leaders. And fourth, Nami’s leader card featured a unique “deck-out victory” win condition — so unique, in fact, that it was eventually banned from competitive play.
JPN vs EN Release & Current Status

Pull Rates — What’s in Your Box
OP-03 has had no reprint in either language since its 2023 release. Bandai does not publish pull rates, and we have no named, dated source for OP-03 box odds, so this guide gives none.
OP-03 Pull Rates: What Is Known
The official OP-03 page prints the set size: 127 card types plus an index card (Leader 8, Common 45, Uncommon 32, Rare 26, Super Rare 10, Secret Rare 2, Special 4), with 27 parallel versions. It does not print per-box counts for any rarity.
