What does Mega Rayquaza ex do in Storm Emeralda?
Mega Rayquaza ex attaches an Energy from your deck when it is played to the Bench, and its attack deals more damage for each Fire and Lightning Energy you have in play.
The official Japanese page describes two parts. The Ability triggers when you play it from your hand to the Bench: you look at the top 4 cards of your deck and attach a basic Energy from among them. The attack, Storm Emeralda, deals more damage for each Fire and Lightning Energy on all your Pokémon. The attack shares its name with the set.
A second official page shows deck recipes built around it. That page lists a Mega Rayquaza ex deck that uses the ACE SPEC card Prime Catcher and claims over 350 damage. The Mega Rayquaza ex deck sits next to a Mega Garganacl ex deck and a Bug Panic deck.
The English card spells out the numbers. The pokemon.com preview lists Mega Rayquaza ex in Delta Reign as a Special Illustration Rare, Colorless type, 280 HP, card reference ME06_EN_138, illustrated by Kazuki Minami, the grand prize winner of the Pokémon TCG Illustration Contest 2024. Its Ability is Ruler’s Roar: when played from hand to the Bench, look at the top four cards of your deck and attach a Basic Energy to it. Its attack is Storm Emerald, 50 damage for each Fire Energy and each Lightning Energy attached to all your Pokémon.

Which Mega Rayquaza ex prints can you buy as PSA 10 cards?
Two Mega Rayquaza ex prints are listed as PSA 10 cards on our site: the SAR numbered 110/076 and the MUR numbered 113/076.
Both are from the Japanese set, named “Expansion Pack Storm Emeralda” with the M6 code. The pages describe each card as graded PSA 10 (Gem Mint), the highest grade certifiable by Professional Sports Authenticator. They also state that the PSA case may have minor scratches or marks on its surface, so read that line before you order.
| Number | Rarity label | Grade | Product page | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| MEGA Rayquaza ex SAR | M6 110/076 | SAR | PSA 10 (Gem Mint) | Listing A, Listing B, Listing C |
| MEGA Rayquaza ex MUR | M6 113/076 | MUR | PSA 10 (Gem Mint) | MUR listing |
The SAR has several product pages with the same card name, number and description.
The shipping policy has a note for PSA graded cards. PSA cards may also be offered through our other sales channels, so an item shown online may already be sold before our team locks the allocation for your online order. Once your payment has cleared, we secure the PSA graded card matching your order, even if additional sourcing is required, and dispatch may take longer in that case. We provide status updates whenever the schedule changes.

What is the difference between the SAR 110/076 and MUR 113/076?
The SAR 110/076 and the MUR 113/076 are two different Mega Rayquaza ex prints with different rarity labels and different card numbers.
Our product pages label the first as “Rarity: SAR” and put MUR directly in the title of the second. The card numbers, 110/076 and 113/076, also appear in each product title.
The simple rule is to match the number. Buy the SAR if you want the card numbered 110/076, and buy the MUR if you want the card numbered 113/076. Our Storm Emeralda chase cards guide lists the SAR and MUR cards in the set for comparison.

Which other characters have Storm Emeralda cards?
Raikou ex, Talonflame ex, Mega Golisopod ex, Cacturne, Wishiwashi ex and Kecleon are the other characters with named cards tied to the set.
Raikou ex. Our guides cover the SAR 108/076, the SR 092/076 and the 024/076 print. If Raikou is your character, start with the Raikou ex 024/076 guide and the Delta Reign versus Japanese comparison. Our box versus Raikou singles article covers the buying choice.

Talonflame ex. The official M6 page lists an attack that searches up to 2 cards. A second official page labels this card as a Storm Emeralda card and names an Ability alongside the attack.
Mega Golisopod ex. Its attack deals 220 damage for one Grass Energy when the opponent’s Pokémon has damage counters.
Cacturne. The official page lists it as a new Pokémon and names one attack for it.
Wishiwashi ex. It has 260 HP and an Ability, according to the official page.
Kecleon. The Kecleon AR 088/076 is covered in our Kecleon card guide.
Which Trainer and Stadium cards does the official page highlight?
The official page highlights two Stadium pairs and several Trainer cards, including a card that reduces damage from the opponent’s Mega Evolution ex by 60.
The first Stadium pair (伝説の山頂) is two cards, a left half and a right half, played together. While it is in play, when your Colorless Pokémon are Knocked Out by an opponent’s attack, you take one fewer Prize card. You can include up to 4 left and right halves combined in a deck, and event deck registration requires the left and right counts to match.
The second Stadium pair (伝説の海溝) is also two cards, and it doubles the HP healed by your Pokémon.
| Card (Japanese name) | What the official pages say |
|---|---|
| ヒガナの信頼 | Listed among the other cards in the set |
| ぼうけんのランタン | Listed on the M6 page and labeled as a Storm Emeralda card on the info page |
| メガレックウザキャップ | Has an attack called Delta Gift |
| とくちゅうチョッキ | Reduces damage from the opponent’s Mega Evolution ex by 60 |
| ギリー | Labeled as a Supporter and as a Storm Emeralda card on the info page |
The set contains no basic Energy cards, and each pack holds 5 cards. The deck-recipe page also references cards from other sets: one each from ex/m1, ex/sv5, ex/m3 and ex/m2a.
How do the Storm Emeralda deck recipes use the set?
The official deck-recipe page shows three Storm Emeralda recipes: a Mega Rayquaza ex deck, a Mega Garganacl ex deck and a Bug Panic deck.
The info page labels Talonflame ex, Adventure Lantern-style Trainer cards and a Supporter as Storm Emeralda cards, and presents them alongside the three recipes. The Mega Rayquaza ex recipe uses the attack Storm Emeralda and the ACE SPEC card Prime Catcher, and the page claims the deck can reach over 350 damage.
The other cards the page references come from earlier sets: one card from ex/m1 (the premium trainer box MEGA), one from ex/sv5, one from ex/m3 and one from ex/m2a (the high class pack MEGA Dream ex).
How do Storm Emeralda cards compare with the English Delta Reign set?
The English equivalent is Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution-Delta Reign, released November 6, 2026, and it is a separate product from the Japanese pack.
| Point | Japanese Storm Emeralda (M6) | English Delta Reign |
|---|---|---|
| Release date | July 31, 2026 | November 6, 2026 |
| Cards | 5 cards per pack, no basic Energy | Over 135 cards in the set |
| Mega Rayquaza ex print | SAR 110/076 and MUR 113/076 (our PSA 10 listings) | Special Illustration Rare, card reference ME06_EN_138 |
| Attack name | Storm Emeralda | Storm Emerald (not “Storm Emeralda”) |
| Ability | Look at top 4 cards, attach a basic Energy | Ruler’s Roar: look at top four cards, attach a Basic Energy |
| Source | pokemon-card.com | pokemon.com |
The set is “Storm Emeralda” in Japanese-edition products, and The English card spells its attack “Storm Emerald”.
Two of our guides compare the editions directly. The Delta Reign ETB and box versus Japanese Storm Emeralda article covers sealed products, and the pre-order guide compares retailers. A related event is covered in the Delta Reign Build and Battle Box article.
Should you buy a booster box or a PSA 10 single for Storm Emeralda cards?
Buy a PSA 10 single if you want a specific print such as the Mega Rayquaza ex SAR or MUR, and buy a box if you want to open packs.
A box is 30 packs of 5 cards, and the official page says the cards in a pack are randomly inserted, so no box is built around one character. Our regular M6 booster box page lists the condition as Sealed, new, with the July 31, 2026 release date, and says Sealed and wrap-removed options are available. The same product line includes an unsealed version and damaged-box versions.
| Option | What it is | Choose it if |
|---|---|---|
| Regular M6 booster box (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order) | Sealed, new; 1 pack = 5 cards, 1 box = 30 packs | You want sealed product and the original box |
| Unsealed M6 booster box (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order) | Listed as “Unsealed” in the title, with an official product image carrying the Unsealed label | You specifically want the unsealed listing |
| Damaged box, sealed (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order) | Sealed in its original wrap, discounted for cosmetic damage to the outer box; sold as-is | The box exterior does not matter to you |
| PSA 10 MUR 113/076 | Graded single | You want the Mega Rayquaza ex MUR print |
| PSA 10 SAR 110/076 | Graded single | You want the Mega Rayquaza ex SAR print |
The unsealed box page carries no description text, so its title and image label are the details to go on.
How do the damaged-box listings differ from the regular box?
The damaged-box listings are discounted because of cosmetic damage to the outer box, and they are sold as-is with no returns or refunds.
The sealed damaged box is unopened and still sealed in its original wrap. The cards inside are unaffected, and the discount is for dents or scratches on the outer box. The photos on the page are samples: the first image shows the regular product so you can identify the set, and the condition photos that follow show the typical level of damage. The item you receive may differ from the photos.
A second damaged-box listing has the factory wrap removed. Its inner box remains unopened and the contents are factory-original. It is discounted for that reason and for cosmetic damage to the outer box. Both pages say the item is sold as-is, that returns and refunds are not accepted, and that we do not respond to inquiries about the item.
The pages also explain why these boxes exist. Our warehouse in Tokyo buys large volumes of Japanese trading cards every day, and boxes with dents or scratches were separated from regular stock during inspection.

For a head-to-head box decision, see M6 Storm Emeralda versus M6a 30th Celebration and the Storm Emeralda booster box guide. For reveal news, our M6 official card facts article covers what is confirmed.
How do payment and shipping work for Storm Emeralda orders?
Payment is in Japanese yen by Wise, PayPal or card through PayPal, and shipping is by FedEx with a tracking number.
The payment methods page says all payments are made in JPY. Wise bank transfer is the only method without the 5% payment processing fee. PayPal and credit or debit card payments through PayPal carry that 5% fee. Accepted card brands, depending on your country and card, are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB, and the card form opens in PayPal’s own secure window.
Wise has deadlines. Without a screenshot of your transfer, the order is cancelled automatically if payment has not arrived within 12 hours, or 3 hours if the order has a pre-order item. With a screenshot, you upload it within 5 days and the order price is held for a total of 10 days. The screenshot option requires an account. Enter the payment reference SST-{order number} in the Wise reference field exactly as issued. SWIFT payments incur a receiving fee of JPY 611, so add that amount to your order total, and choose the OUR charge option so correspondent bank fees are covered on your side.
PayPal Pay Later is offered and operated by PayPal where available. For example, the page lists PayPal Pay in 4 for the United States, Canada and Australia, and PayPal Pay in 3 for the United Kingdom. The terms PayPal shows in its own window are the ones that apply.
The shipping policy lists two services. Standard is FedEx International Connect Plus with tracking, with FedEx transit usually 3-7 business days after dispatch. Expedited is FedEx International Priority with tracking, usually 2-5 business days. Both transit times are estimates only, and the cost is calculated at checkout from your delivery address.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days after PayPal or Wise payment has cleared, and that window is also an estimate. If dispatch is delayed, we contact you by email as soon as practical with the revised estimate, and for significant delays before handoff to FedEx we may offer the option to wait or to cancel with a full refund. After handoff, customs inspections and carrier events are outside our control and do not by themselves create a right to cancel or refund.
Two more points matter before you order. FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, so give a physical address. And there is no minimum order amount or quantity, so a single PSA card is a valid order. While a paid order’s shipment is not yet scheduled, you can update the shipping address yourself under My Account, though the destination country cannot be changed.
What events and campaigns surround Storm Emeralda?
The official page lists sealed-battle campaigns and a promo card, and says Pokémon Pocket will add Mega Rayquaza on July 30.
The sealed-battle campaigns include one at home and one named as the summer event for Mega Rayquaza. A promo card, Mega Relicanth ex SAR, can be obtained by taking part in an event or campaign. Pokémon Pocket was scheduled to add Mega Rayquaza on Thursday, July 30, the day before the card pack’s July 31 release. Our Pokémon Center Online lottery article covers the lottery boxes.
