SV2a 089/165: The Pokemon Card 151 Muk
The 151 card is a Stage 1, Darkness type, 150 HP, illustrated by Nisota Niso. The database credits it as an Uncommon. Its two attacks, rendered from the Japanese text: ベトベトジェイル (rendering “Sludge Jail”), Darkness for 30 damage, after which the Defending Pokemon needs one more Colorless Energy for attacks and for retreat during the opponent’s next turn; and ヘドロばくだん (rendering “Sludge Bomb”), three Darkness plus one Colorless for 180. The card shows Weakness Fighting ×2 and a retreat cost of 4.

SM10 099/095: The TAG TEAM Muk & Alolan Muk GX
The second print is a different card altogether. The database lists it as ベトベトン&アローラ ベトベトンGX, a Basic TAG TEAM with 270 HP, Psychic type, illustrated by Masakazu Fukuda and shown with the SR icon. Rendered from the Japanese text, its attacks are バッドポイズン (rendering “Bad Poison”), which Poisons the Defending Pokemon with eight damage counters; どくしゃぶり (rendering “Poison Sip”), 120 damage, healing 100 from this Pokemon if the Defending Pokemon is Poisoned; and the GX attack ベトベトミックスGX (rendering “Muk Mix GX”), which Poisons and Paralyzes the Defending Pokemon. The TAG TEAM rule on the card gives the opponent 3 Prize cards when it is Knocked Out.
Our listing name adds “SA” to this print. That abbreviation comes from the listing only; the database does not print it. The same name also appears in the database as an RR at 029/095 and an SR at 098/095, both from SM10 and illustrated by others (see the next section). How to Read a Muk Card

The SV2a card carries regulation mark G. G is not in the current Standard regulation; the official regulation page lists H, I and J. The SM10 entry shows no regulation mark in the database data, so it is not in the current Standard regulation either.
