Eevee AR Style 755/742 (Start Deck 100 Battle Collection) Pokémon Card Guide

Eevee AR Style 755/742 (Start Deck 100 Battle Collection) Pokémon Card Guide

Eevee AR Style 755/742 is the name our store uses for イーブイ, card number 755/742 in MEGA Start Deck 100 Battle Collection (set code MC). It is one of six high-numbered cards from that product that the official Pokémon Card Game database on pokemon-card.com lets us verify. The database page lists a Basic Pokémon with 50 HP, an ability named ブーストしんか, an attack named とつげき that deals 30 damage, and the illustrator credit Makura Tami.

This guide separates what the official database prints (number, HP, ability and attack names, illustrator) from what only the market says (the “AR Style” label), and it shows where the card sits next to the other cards of the 743 to 766 block. Prices are our own listings only; USD figures convert at ¥154/USD, approximate. We sell Japanese sealed product and graded singles from Tokyo.

Key Takeaways
  • The official database lists イーブイ as 755/742 in set MC, 50 HP, illustrated by Makura Tami. The database page prints no rarity field, so “AR Style” is a market label, used here as our listing names it.
  • The card is offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥39,590 (~$257) — sourced to order; the product page shows the current terms.
  • The deck it belongs to is a random pick from 100 kinds, with an official price of ¥891; our sealed listing is MEGA Start Deck 100 Battle Collection.

What the Card Is

The official card-search page for イーブイ (database id 50023) prints the following. Our listing names the same card Eevee.

In English rendering, the ability name reads roughly “Boost Evolution” and the attack name roughly “Charge” (rendering). The sources we hold record the names, the HP, the damage figure and the 10 damage the attacker takes, but not the sentence that describes what the ability does, so we do not paraphrase it. The effect text is on the card itself and on the database page linked from the card-search entry.

At 50 HP this is the lowest HP among the six cards of the block that we can verify; the Erika’s Tangela at 743 has 80 HP and the Banette at 749 has 90 HP.

The Product It Comes From

The card belongs to ポケモンカードゲーム MEGA スタートデッキ100 バトルコレクション, a 60-card preconstructed deck. The official product page and notices give the following.

Detail Official statement
Release Friday, December 19, 2025
Official price ¥891 including tax
Contents One 60-card deck and one sheet of damage counters and markers; no coin is listed
Kinds 「全100種類」, and each buyer gets one of the 100 kinds (「100種類の中からどれか1つがキミの手に!」)
Cards in every deck 「ポケモンexが2枚以上、必ず入っているよ!」 (at least two Pokémon ex in every deck)
Play requirement 「対戦には2つ以上のデッキが必要です。」 (two or more decks are needed to battle)
Code card Not listed on the product page

Two official notices add detail. On December 19, 2025 the Pokémon Card Game site said additional production would continue according to sales (「販売状況に応じて今後も継続的に追加生産を行う予定」). On December 20, 2025 it announced a packing error affecting deck No.004 and deck No.101, with exchanges handled through the support web form. That second notice also confirms that a deck No.101 exists, even though the product page speaks of 100 kinds.

Outside the official pages, PokéWiki and gamepedia report 102 variations: the 100 numbered decks, a No.101 containing Legends Z-A starter Pokémon in a secret-rare version, and a gold No.001 containing the MUR Mega Charizard Y ex. Treat those figures as reported, not official. The regulation mark J debuted in this product, which is an official statement; which letter this particular card carries is not shown on the database page.

Our full product guide, Start Deck 100 Battle Collection, covers the deck itself; this article stays on one card.

The High-Number Block: 743 to 766

The base list of MC runs 001 to 742. The cards numbered above 742 sit in a block that gamepedia counts as 24 cards, 743/742 through 766/742 (the count is reported, not official). The official database lets us verify six of them. The label column below comes from market sources, not from the database.

Number Card (as printed) HP Illustrator Reported label
743/742 エリカのモンジャラ 80 buchi AR
749/742 ジュペッタ 90 YASHIRO Nanaco AR
755/742 イーブイ 50 Makura Tami AR

765/742 リーリエのピッピex 190 Naoki Saito SAR
766/742 メガリザードンYex 360 aky CG Works MUR

(756), with 747 not captured. Number 760 is ボスの指令 (カラスバ) with an SR label, 761 to 763 are SAR labels, 764 and 765 are SAR, and 766 is the MUR; 757 to 759 were not captured. On that reading, the Eevee is the twelfth captured card in the AR run and sits near its end.

Banette (ジュペッタ) — 749/742 — MEGA Start Deck 100 Battle Collection (MC) — YASHIRO Nanaco

The two AR-labelled cards that the database also lets us verify are shown above. The 743 has 80 HP and an ability, ひゃっかりょうらん, that searches for Erika’s Pokémon, plus an attack しめつける at 50 damage that uses a coin to decide on Paralysis. The 749 is a Stage 1 with 90 HP, the text のろいのことば, which makes the opponent return 3 cards from hand, and an attack ホロウショット at 70 damage; its resistance is −30. We repeat those details only to show how much the cards of the block differ from one another; nothing in them carries over to the Eevee. Our sibling guide on the Erika’s Tangela AR Style 743/742 goes through the 743.

What “AR Style” Means

The database page for 755/742 shows no rarity icon or rarity field, and the regulation mark appears only as a set-logo image. The letters AR, SAR and MUR therefore do not come from pokemon-card.com. They are the labels that card shops and fan sites attach to the high-number cards: cardrush-pokemon.jp and gamepedia report 「AR仕様」 for this card, which is the Japanese phrase our “AR Style” translates.

Our listing uses the same label, so “AR Style” in this guide is always “as our listing names it”. It is a way to find the card in a catalogue, not a statement from the manufacturer about how the card was printed. If a seller asks you to rely on the label alone, check the number and the illustrator credit against the official page instead.

Which Eevee Is Which

MC has several Eevee entries, and the name alone does not tell them apart. The official database holds the following Eevee-named entries for this product.

Database id Card (as printed) What our sources give
49280 イーブイ Another Eevee of MC; number and illustrator not stated in our sources
49281 イーブイ A further Eevee of MC; number and illustrator not stated in our sources
49282 イーブイex The ex version; number and illustrator not stated in our sources
50023 イーブイ 755/742, 50 HP, Makura Tami — the card in this guide

The practical rule is the one for every card in the block: a number above 742 over the 742 denominator belongs to the high-number block, and a number inside 001 to 742 belongs to the regular run. Because our sources do not give the numbers or artwork of ids 49280, 49281 and 49282, we make no claim about how their artwork compares with the 755.

Eevee-named cards from other products are different cards. Our catalogue also names a PSA10 Eevee V [SN 007/024] from the Starter Deck 100 CoroCoro Comic ver., offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥10,200 (~$66) — sourced to order; the product page shows the current terms. Officially, the MEGA Starter Set ex Eevee ex (Friday, July 31, 2026, official price ¥1,800) lists an Eevee ex and an Eevee full-art card among its key cards, and the テラスタイプ:ステラ starter set with ニンフィアex (Friday, August 30, 2024, official price ¥1,800) lists an イーブイ with the ability ブーストしんか beside it. Neither is the 755/742, and we do not compare them with it.

The Official Rules a Basic Pokémon Follows

Eevee is a たね (Basic) Pokémon, so a few official rules from pokemon-card.com’s how-to-play pages apply to it. This section is about the rules only; it does not rate the card for play.

Rule Official wording, in English
Deck size Each player uses one deck of 60 cards.
Copies Up to 4 cards with the same name; basic Energy cards may be included in any number.
Basic Pokémon The deck must contain at least one Basic Pokémon, and a Pokémon that evolves needs its pre-evolution Basic.
Prize cards Six Prize cards; the first player to take all six wins.
Opening hand and Bench Draw the top 7 cards of the deck; the Bench holds up to 5 Pokémon.

The same pages suggest a beginner ratio of 15 Pokémon, 30 Trainers and 15 Energy for a first deck. A starter product such as the deck this card comes from is already built to 60 cards, and the official product page notes that two or more decks are needed to battle. For a plain-English walkthrough see our beginner guide to playing Pokémon cards.

A PSA-graded card is sealed in a slab, which makes it a collecting format. Anyone who wants an Eevee to use in a deck would look for a raw card, and that is a separate question from this graded 755/742.

Sealed Deck or Graded Single

There are two routes to this card, and they behave differently.

Route What the sources say Our listing
Sealed deck Random pick from 100 kinds, at least two Pokémon ex per deck, official price ¥891 MEGA Start Deck 100 Battle Collection, currently listed at ¥1,097 (~$7)
Graded single A specific card, already identified by number and slab label PSA 10 back order in the next sections

Which decks, if any, contain a given 743 to 766 card is not stated in the official pages we hold, and we do not give any odds. Buying a sealed deck is therefore buying one of the 100 kinds, not buying this card. A buyer who wants the 755/742 itself looks at the graded single.

The sealed product also exists in a second listing, MEGA Start Deck 100 Battle Collection – White Box, currently listed at ¥38,570 (~$250). The difference between the regular and white-box versions is explained in our regular vs white box guide.

The sibling guide on the Lillie’s Clefairy ex SAR Style 765/742 covers the card at the other end of the block, and the Pikachu ex SAR Style 764/742 guide covers the 764.

A Note on the October 29, 2026 Trademark Reports

On October 29, 2026 fan sites reported a Japanese trademark filing for 「バトルスタートデッキ」, which collectors read as a possible beginner-deck product; nothing is announced. Our Battle Start Deck trademark guide explains what is confirmed and what is not.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Eevee AR Style 755/742?

It is our catalogue name for イーブイ, number 755/742 in MEGA Start Deck 100 Battle Collection (set code MC). The official database lists it as a Basic Pokémon with 50 HP, illustrated by Makura Tami. The AR Style label comes from market sources, not from the database.

What are the HP, ability and attack of the 755/742?

The official database lists 50 HP, an ability named ブーストしんか and an attack named とつげき that deals 30 damage, with 10 damage to the attacker. The ability’s effect sentence is not reproduced in our sources, so read it on the card or the database page.

Is AR Style an official rarity?

No. The database page for 755/742 prints no rarity field. cardrush-pokemon.jp and gamepedia report 「AR仕様」 as a market label, and our listing uses the same wording.

How much is the PSA 10 listed for?

The card is offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥39,590 (~$257). It is sourced to order, and the product page shows the current terms.

How do I tell this Eevee from the other Eevee cards in the set?

Check the number. The 755/742 is above the 742 denominator, so it belongs to the 743 to 766 block, and it is credited to Makura Tami. The database also holds Eevee entries with ids 49280 and 49281 and an Eevee ex with id 49282; our sources do not give their numbers.

Does buying the sealed deck give me this card?

Not by itself. The official page describes a random pick from 100 kinds with at least two Pokémon ex in every deck, and the sources we hold do not say which decks contain a given 743 to 766 card.
