Storm Emeralda’s numbering ends with the MUR Mega Rayquaza ex 113/076, preceded by six SAR cards numbered 107–112.

The English preview calls Legendary Pyroduct “one of the first two-card Stadium cards”.

Wait for Delta Reign, or Import Storm Emeralda?
Both are reasonable. It depends what you’re actually buying for.
Storm Emeralda (Japanese, released July 31, 2026)
- Released 14 weeks before Delta Reign
- Japanese card text
- ¥200 per pack
- 30 packs × 5 cards per box
Delta Reign (English, November 6)
- English card text — readable at the table without a reference
- 36 packs × 10 cards — more cards per box
- Listed as Standard legal on Pokemon’s expansion page
- Prerelease events from October 24, 2026
- Booster packs, Elite Trainer Boxes and various collections at participating retailers
Players building English decks may prefer to wait for November for English card text and Standard legality; collectors who want the Japanese cards can look at Storm Emeralda, which released on July 31, 2026.
What “Delta Reign” Actually Means
The name reads as a double reference to Rayquaza.
Delta points to Delta Stream, Mega Rayquaza’s signature ability — the air-current phenomenon that, in the games, nullifies the weather Groudon and Kyogre create. Reign points to Rayquaza’s role as ruler of the skies and the dominant member of the Hoenn weather trio.
Japan took the other half of the same idea: “Storm Emeralda” combines the storm imagery with Emerald, the Generation III game where Rayquaza takes the cover slot. Both names are pointing at the same card from opposite directions.
That trio framing shows up in the card pool too: Kyogre and Groudon both appear as Art Rares in the Japanese set.
