Charmeleon Species Facts from the Official Database
The official Japanese database lists Charmeleon as リザード. Its SV4a 026/190 print, illustrated by Tonji Matsuno, is a Stage 1 Pokemon with 90 HP, an ability printed 「フレアヴェール」 and an attack printed 「かえん」 for 50 damage. These are the values of that modern print only and are not attributed to the Old Back card.
The database’s evolution line reads ヒトカゲ (Charmander), リザード (Charmeleon), リザードン (Charizard), with a Charizard GX and a Charizard ex listed as later forms. The Pokedex text on the modern print gives the species as Pokedex No.005, the かえんポケモン (Flame Pokemon), 1.1 m and 19.0 kg. Rendered in English, it says that when its spirits rise in battle, it breathes scorching flames and burns everything around it.

How to Read an Old Back Listing
An Old Back listing carries three identifiers you can compare against any marketplace: the card name, the set code with number, and the grade. On ours these are “Blaine’s Charmeleon”, “PMCG-G2 No.005” and “PSA 10”. SNKRDUNK uses the same set code and number, which is how the two entries can be matched by listing name.
Regulation marks work differently.
