What is the Loki SEC card in OP-17?
The Loki SEC is OP17-119, a Secret Rare card in the fourth-anniversary set of the ONE PIECE Card Game. The set is built around the crew landing on Elbaf, and Loki carries that theme in its type line: Giant/Elbaph.
The official English product page lists the card as “FORMER WARLAND KINGDOM Loki” under the number OP17-119. When you compare any listing with the official card list, use the card number OP17-119 together with the SEC rarity.
OP-17 itself is the set that celebrates the fourth anniversary of the card game. According to the official ONE PIECE news page, it brings the Straw Hat Pirates in Elbaf arc outfits, the Four Emperors as leader cards with many members of each crew, and Rocks D. Xebec, who appears in the card game for the first time. That news page does not name Loki or list rarities. Loki’s card data comes from the English product page and the English card list.
Our own OP-17 Japanese booster box page (更新:当前售罄 — 可通过 Quick Order 申请补货) names Loki, Shanks, Kaido and the other Four Emperors-era leaders as the main early collector watch points. That is a shop description of where attention sits, not a claim about how any card will be valued.
What are the exact stats of Loki SEC OP17-119?
Loki SEC OP17-119 is a Black card with Cost 6, Power 8000 and the Strike attribute, and its type is Giant/Elbaph. These values come straight from the official English card list.
| Field | Value on the official card list |
|---|---|
| Card number | OP17-119 |
| Name | Loki |
| Rarity | 秒 |
| Type | Giant/Elbaph |
| Cost | 6 |
| Power | 8000 |
| Color | Black |
| Attribute | Strike |
Read the table as a card profile. Loki is a Black card with Cost 6, Power 8000 and the Strike attribute. The type line Giant/Elbaph matches the Elbaf story the set is built on.
This guide does not reproduce the effect text of the card. The card image on this page and the official card list are the places to read the full wording. If you plan to play the card rather than collect it, read the effect text on the official list first.

What does the Loki quote on the OP-17 page say?
The English product page prints the line “AND I AM THE SUN GOD WHO BRINGS THE WORLD TO AN END!!! LOKI!!!” next to the card OP17-119. It is the official line that goes with “FORMER WARLAND KINGDOM Loki”.
The title and the quote are printed on the official English page beside the number OP17-119, so you can use them to match the card to that page.
The Asia-English OP-17 page, which lists the Japanese release date of August 22, 2026, shows images of OP17-118 and OP17-119 but does not mention Loki by name. For naming, rely on the English product page and the card list. For a wider look at what the set offers, our OP-17 complete guide covers release dates, box contents and editions.
Why does the official list show Loki SEC three times?
The official card list shows OP17-119 Loki three times, and every entry is rarity SEC. The same list shows OP17-118 Rocks.D.Xebec three times, also all SEC.
The list gives the same card data for all three Loki entries: OP17-119, SEC, Black, Cost 6, Power 8000. When you compare a listing with the official card list, check the number OP17-119, the rarity SEC and those stats.
This guide does not describe any differences between the three entries, because the official list gives the same data for all three. If you want a full breakdown of parallels in the set, our OP-17 parallel and alt-art card list is the place to continue.
How does Loki SEC compare with Rocks.D.Xebec SEC?
Loki SEC OP17-119 and Rocks.D.Xebec OP17-118 are both listed as SEC on the official card list. Xebec is the new Leader of the set. Loki is a Black Giant/Elbaph card.
| 卡牌 | Number | Rarity on official list | 详情 | Entries listed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Loki | OP17-119 | 秒 | Black, Cost 6, Power 8000, Strike | 3 |
| Rocks.D.Xebec | OP17-118 | 秒 | New Leader | 3 |
Xebec has an official background of his own. The official news page describes him as the legendary pirate who united Edward Newgate, Charlotte Linlin and Kaido, and says he appears in the card game for the first time in OP-17. The Asia-English page also features the Rocks Pirates cards OP17-039, OP17-046, OP17-048, OP17-049 and OP17-054.

Choosing between the two is a collector decision, not a question the sources can answer. If you collect cards tied to the Elbaf story, Loki is the card with the Giant/Elbaph type. If you collect Leaders, Xebec is the new Leader.
How do you pull a Loki SEC from a Japanese OP-17 box?
You pull a Loki SEC by opening OP-17 booster packs, and nothing guarantees it. A Japanese OP-17 box contains 24 packs with 6 cards in each, so one box holds 144 cards in total, and pulls are random.
Our box page (更新:当前售罄 — 可通过 Quick Order 申请补货) is explicit: this is a sealed, randomized product, the specific cards in each box are packed at the factory, and individual card pulls are not guaranteed. The official English page adds that multiples of one card may appear and that a full set may be hard to assemble. We do not publish pull-rate numbers because no source in this guide gives them.
There are three practical routes if Loki is your target:
- Open packs. Buy a sealed box and open it. You get 24 packs, and Loki is one of many outcomes.
- Buy more than one box. More packs means more chances, but still no promise. Our OP-17 case buying guide compares a single box with a full case.
- Check the number OP17-119 and the rarity SEC against the official card list.
For the sealed route, we list the OP-17 carton as well. The carton listing is one full carton of 12 Japanese booster boxes, shipped as the carton itself and not as 12 individual boxes. At 24 packs per box, a carton of 12 boxes holds 288 packs.

Does a damaged box change the Loki SEC chance?
A damaged-box listing contains an unopened booster box, and the damage is limited to the outer box. Our OP-17 Damaged Box page (更新:当前售罄 — 可通过 Quick Order 申请补货) states that the box is unopened, discounted because of damage such as dents, crushed corners, creased edges or scuffs, and that the cards inside are unaffected.
The terms are strict, and they are worth reading before you choose it. The item is sold as-is, the photos are samples, and the actual item may differ from them. The page also states that returns and refunds are not accepted for this item. If you want a box mainly for the cards inside, this is the route that trades outer-box condition for a discount. If you want a display piece, choose a regular box.

Which other OP-17 characters are named next to Loki SEC?
The cards named on the official English page are Edward.Newgate, Shanks, Kaido, Charlotte Linlin, Rocks.D.Xebec and Monkey.D.Luffy, and they give context to where Loki sits in the set. This is a short map, not a full card list.
| Number | 卡牌 | Note from official pages |
|---|---|---|
| OP17-001 | Edward.Newgate | Named on the English product page |
| OP17-020 | Shanks | Named on the English product page |
| OP17-058 | Kaido | Named on the English product page |
| OP17-099 | Charlotte Linlin | Named on the English product page |
| OP17-079 | Monkey.D.Luffy | Super Leader Alt-Art Monkey.D.Luffy |
| OP17-118 | Rocks.D.Xebec | New Leader; SEC on the card list |
| OP17-119 | Loki | SEC; Black; Cost 6; Power 8000 |
The English page also lists the Super Alt-Art cards OP17-005, OP17-022, OP17-062 and OP17-112, and says cards are legal from the pre-release date at local game stores. Those are the other special cards named on the official page. For deeper guides, see our OP-17 Leader cards guide and the Manga Rare and top parallel cards guide.

What was the OP-17 4th Anniversary event?
The 4th Anniversary Event was the official OP-17 release event, and it ran from August 21 to September 13, 2026. The official event page says the event has ended.
Stores chose Constructed, Sealed or Standard Regulation. Participation prizes were the 4th Anniversary Tournament Pack (75 types in total), a 4th Anniversary Leader Card, P-110 Monkey.D.Luffy and World United DON!! Cards in two designs. The winner prize was P-110 Monkey.D.Luffy in Silver foil with a Gold stamp. Player applications went through TCG+ from August 7, 2026.
None of these prizes is the Loki SEC. The event matters here only as part of the OP-17 launch window. For the dates around it, see our OP-17 English release date and pre-release guide.
Should you buy the Japanese or the English edition for Loki SEC?
Buy the Japanese edition if you want the original release with Japanese text, and the English edition if you want English text. The Japanese edition came first on August 22, 2026, and the English edition followed on August 28, 2026, with a pre-release on August 21, 2026.
| Point | Japanese edition | English edition |
|---|---|---|
| Release date | August 22, 2026 (official news) | August 28, 2026 (official page) |
| Price per pack | 240 yen, tax included (Bandai) | MSRP USD $4.99 per pack |
| Set size | 131+4 card types | 131+4 card types |
| Language on card | 日语 | English |
One more product is worth a mention. The Super Premium Collection vol.1 is released on November 13, 2026, only in Asian regions excluding Japan, and contains 24 OP-17 booster packs, 2 promotion cards, 2 metal cards and 70 card sleeves. It is not a Japanese-market product, so it does not apply to a Japanese edition purchase.
Our OP-17 Japanese vs English guide goes through the choice in more detail. Whichever edition you pick, compare the card number and the language shown on the listing with the official card list before you pay.
How do you order Loki SEC and OP-17 from Tokyo?
You order from our shop at checkout and pay in Japanese yen, and the order ships from Tokyo by FedEx with a tracking number. The details below come from our shipping policy and payment methods page.
| Topic | What our policy pages say |
|---|---|
| Standard shipping | FedEx International Connect Plus with tracking; usually 3-7 business days after dispatch; an estimate, not a guaranteed date |
| Expedited shipping | FedEx International Priority with tracking; usually 2-5 business days after dispatch; an estimate |
| Shipping cost | Calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address |
| Handling time | Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days after PayPal or Wise payment has cleared; an estimate, not a guarantee |
| Minimum order | No minimum order amount or quantity |
| 地址 | FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes; provide a physical address |
| Currency | All payments are made in Japanese yen (JPY) |
| Payment methods | Wise bank transfer, PayPal, and credit or debit cards through PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB) |
| Processing fee | Wise has no payment processing fee; the 5% Payment processing fee applies to the other methods |
Two points matter for sealed card products. First, the policy says delivery dates shown on the site or in carrier tools are estimates and do not include handling time, customs processing or carrier congestion. Second, after an order has been handed to FedEx, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier and destination-country authorities, and customs inspections or import procedures may delay delivery. Plan for that if you order a box for a date.
The shipping policy also says stock of sealed Japanese trading card products fluctuates frequently, and that dispatch may take longer than the standard handling time in some cases. If dispatch is delayed, the policy says we will contact you by email as soon as practical with a revised estimate. The OP-17 listings on our shop (the booster box (更新:当前售罄 — 可通过 Quick Order 申请补货), the carton and the Damaged Box (更新:当前售罄 — 可通过 Quick Order 申请补货)) show pricing and availability on their own pages, and pricing is confirmed at checkout.

How do you check that a Loki SEC listing matches the official card?
Check the card number OP17-119, the rarity SEC, and the card title against the official card list. Those three points tie a listing to the OP-17 Loki on that list.
Use this short list when you compare a listing:
- Number: the listing must show OP17-119.
- Rarity: the official list shows SEC for all three Loki entries.
- Stats: Black, Cost 6, Power 8000, Strike, type Giant/Elbaph.
- Edition: confirm whether the card is Japanese or English text before you pay.
- Photos: the official site itself says that illustrations and product details may differ from the final product, so read the number and rarity rather than relying on artwork alone.
If you are deciding between a single box and a larger purchase, our OP-17 booster box buying guide walks through the choice.
