Reshrink and searched (weight-sorted) boxes are a known problem in the Japanese market buying from a Tokyo-based specialist shop like us significantly reduces that risk. We ship directly from our Akihabara store and warehouse, so boxes never pass through multiple middlemen. If anything looks off, contact us immediately with photos.

If your order contains both, the entire order will be held until the pre-order is ready. For faster delivery of in-stock items, please place separate orders.

Customs inspection is outside our control. However, we ship via FedEx with full tracking and insurance. If damaged by customs, contact us with photos of the packaging and contents; we will work on a resolution under FedEx’s policy. Please note that customs duties and local fees are non-refundable.
